News reaching our desk indicates that Bobi Wine’s Journalist affiliated to an online media called Ghetto Tv Kasirye Ashraf has been shot by security officers in Masaka district and was rushed to Masaka referral hospital in a critical condition.
However, sources say Ashraf was gaining consciousness and that he was getting better. The source further claimed that he could have been shot with a canister.
Further reports indicate that the other two journalists on Bobiwine’s campaign trail were also injured in the scuffle including NBS TV’S Daniel Lutaaya who was shot at while on a boda boda and NTV’s Ali Mivule was also reportedly injured.

Bobi Wine while commenting on the development said that Museveni and criminals in command are targeting to murder Ugandans adding that its time for the country to understand that the regime is running out of time.
