Breaking: Man Arrested With Child Head Taking It To Kadaga

Security at parliament has arrested a man carrying a human head allegedly taking it to the speaker Rebecca Kadaga.

The man whose identities are yet to be identified was nabbed by security at the eastern gate of parliament just opposite National Theater with a human head allegedly packaged as a “gift” to the speaker.

There was commotion and heightened security as police officers struggled to keep the “gift” away from the press to an unknown location inside the security chambers next to the gate.

The man was immediately whisked away by police as investigation teams embarked on the case to ascertain the motive and culprits behind the move.

According to eye-witnesses, the man was smartly dressed and suspected to be in his right senses.

The acting Director of Communication and Public Affairs at parliament Hellen Kaweesa could not make a comment on the matter before the official security report is released.
