Just In: Fire guts ministry of agriculture stores in Wandegeya

Fire has gutted the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry, and Fisheries (MAAIF) stores in Wandegeya today morning.

This has been confirmed by the ministry of agriculture spokesperson Charlotte Kemigyisha saying the⁩ stores in Wandegeya caught fire and they are yet to establish the cause of the fire.

According to Kemigyisha, the police fire brigade managed to swiftly respond and put out the fire.

The stores located next to the Ministry of Public Service contained drugs, chemicals, pesticides, animal sperms, and fridges among others and the ministry is yet to establish the damages caused by the fire.
