Museveni Postpones National Address

President Museveni has rescheduled his address that was supposed to take place on Friday 19th November.

The address has been pushed to Saturday 20th November 2021 at 8 pm.

Senior Presidential Press Secretary, Lindah Nabusayi says it will be on TVs and radios.

The Head of State’s Friday address is expected to be about the COVID -19 situation in the country.

Among other key issues, the public expects Museveni to address is fully reopening of the economy especially after reports that a sizeable number of the population has been vaccinated.

According to the Ministry of Health records, the number of vaccinated Ugandans at 4.8million, the initial target which the President had set as a minimum requirement for the full reopening of the economy and schools.
