Dully nominated presidential candidate for 2021 general elections, Robert Sentamu Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine was arrested shortly after nominations on Tuesday.
He was driven to his home in Magere, Wakiso district as a way of keeping crowds away from paralyzing traffic as it was seen during his journey to the nomination centre.
His home is now under the hands of the security forces who are manning the area to prevent him from leaving home.
Bobi Wine had earlier organized to launch his manifesto at the National Unity Platform – NUP headquarters in Kamwokya, however, police has blocked his journey to Kamwokya.
