Poor dress code: university bans miniskirts, damaged jeans& tattoos

Bishop Stuart University has set a new dressing code for all students, banning miniskirts and damaged jeans.
In a notice dated December 1, 2021, Francis Muhangi the University Dean of Students directed all students to adhere to the new dress code or forget about accessing the University premises.
The University also banned the wearing of sandals, damaged trousers, shorts, braided or plaited hair, tattoos, earrings, and uncombed hair for male students.
Meanwhile, female students have been prohibited from wearing miniskirts, short dresses, mini pants, damaged jeans and tattoos.
According to Muhangi, only students who observe this dress code will be allowed access to the University premises, lecture rooms, offices, and the University chapel.
