City blogger, Ibrahim Tusubira aka Isma Olaxess has dismissed a video clip in which he allegedly confessed to killing producer Daniel Mukisa aka Danz Kumapeesa saying the video was concocted by his ‘enemies’ to frame him.

In a video that went viral on social media, Isma Olaxess is heard allegedly implicating himself in the murder of late music producer Danz Kumapeesa who died in 2017 following an attack by unknown people.

While appearing on Spark TV on Thursday Isma revealed that the video was concocted by ill-intended people to blackmail him what he described as a social media war.

“I did not know Danz Kumapeesa in person and I had never met him. I had no reason of killing him. By the time he died, I was in Sweden. Whoever says I killed him should bring more concrete evidence than the edited video clip,” said Olaxess aka Jajja Iculi in response to statements made by music promoter Abbey Musinguzi popularly known as Abitex in which he called for Olaxess’ arrest for allegedly confessing to murder.

Danz Kumapeesa, real name Daniel Mukisa, was attacked and clobbered on 4th June 2017 by unknown people while returning to his home and spent months in ICU at Nsambya Hospital.

The 23-year-old was later discharged in September as his family was unable to foot the hospital bill and remained under medical watch before he breathed his last on Saturday 7th October 2017 and was buried on 9th October.

However, Circumstances surrounding his death remained scanty across the entertainment industry as several people started pointing fingers, but nobody was ever legally charged for the producer’s death.

The video went viral on social media moments after Olaxess was released from Kitalya prison where he spent a night on remand on charges of offensive communication and criminal libel pressed against him by musician Emmanual Ssuuna alias Omulangira Ssuuna.
