One of the explosions went off at Raja chambers near the parliament main gate along the parliamentary avenue and another one at Kooki towers opposite the central police station in Uganda’s capital city Kampala.
According to police spokesperson Fred Enanga, out of the six people killed in the explosives, three were suicide bombers and the other three were civilians.
“Two suicide bombers were also captured on CCTV cameras, moving on motorcycles and disguising as Boda Boda riders, they detonated the bombs that killed them instantly along Parliamentary avenue,” Enanga said.
Meanwhile, 33 people were severely injured and are currently nursing injuries at Mulago national referral hospital.
